At Spooksburg™, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🎃 Ordering for Halloween? October is our busiest time of year and couriers are busier too. Please order early. We can't guarantee delivery before Halloween or any other specific date.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Spooksburg™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery window of 8–15 business days, we're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside our control.
